Technical R&D


Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop new product R&D plans based on industry trends, market demands, or technical requirements, clarifying the R&D direction and technical route. 2. Responsible for the design of production tooling drawings, the formulation and modification of plans. 3. Participate in material composition and performance testing experiments, conduct data analysis, and solve technical problems. 4. Cooperate with the production department to solve technical problems in the production process. 5. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents related to relevant products. 6. Communicate with customers or demanders based on sales needs, understand application scenarios, and adjust R&D plans in a timely manner. Job Requirements: 1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in Metal Materials, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Forming, Mechanical Design, or related fields; 2. Proficient in using relevant drawing software; 3. Familiarity with the relevant processes of high-temperature alloys and special alloys is preferred.

Market Sales


Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily sales operations and achieve target sales volume. 2. Provide enthusiastic and attentive service to customers. 3. Responsible for signing sales contracts with customers and supervising the timely fulfillment of contracts. 4. Collect sales payments on time according to contract requirements. 5. Actively develop new customers, maintain good relationships with customers, and continuously explore business channels. 6. Collect market information and provide timely feedback to provide reference for the company's product research and development and market strategy formulation. 7. Complete relevant sales reports and submit them in a timely manner. Job Requirements: 1. Full-time college diploma or above, majoring in marketing or materials-related fields. 2. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain international customer relationships for the company's foreign trade business, expanding international customer resources through online and offline channels. 2. Independently complete the entire process of foreign trade orders. 3. Analyze market trends, formulate sales strategies, and improve the market share of products overseas. 4.
