Vacuum Melting Plant


  ■ The equipment includes one 3-ton vacuum induction furnace, one 1.5-ton vacuum induction melting furnace, one 200Kg vacuum induction furnace, and one 25Kg vacuum induction furnace.

  ■ The annual production capacity reaches 4000 tons. It can produce alloy materials such as Ni-based Superalloy, Corrosion-Resistant Alloys, and Precision Alloys, and can also perform remelting of return materials and powders.

  ■ The 3-ton vacuum induction furnace has a single-pour function, which can reduce refractory material contamination, achieve multi-ingot pouring and pouring of multiple sets of precision mold shells, and meet customer requirements for bar specifications. The equipment also has a stirring function to ensure uniform material composition, while the pre-furnace analysis function meets the precise control of material composition.

  ■ The melting workshop project complies with national and local industrial policies and has passed environmental assessment and environmental protection approval.

  ■ Advanced automated vacuum melting and casting technology is adopted to achieve the emission standards of pollutants and coordinate the development of social benefits, economic benefits, and environmental benefits.
