Secondary Superalloy Revert Workshop

  ■ The workshop covers about 2000 m2 and have a production line for the remelting of 2000 tons of superalloy scrap per year. It went into production at the end of July 2019 and plans to increase capacity to meet customer demand.

  ■ The company has partnered with its strategic partner, Beijing Baimu Alloy Co., Ltd., to produce remelted superalloy ingots that meet the required composition and performance standards, based on specific processes and combined with the company's vacuum melting technology.

  ■ Using self-developed new equipment, which has obtained a national patent, it has achieved fully automated and integrated production from sorting, grading, crushing, cleaning, drying, and pressing.

  ■ Superalloy regeneration technology achieves remelting of scrap through processes such as recovery, classification, and processing to meet technical requirements.

  ■ The superalloy workshop is committed to developing technical standards for the reuse of strategic metals such as superalloys and titanium alloys, reducing environmental pollution, and contributing to national conservation of rare mineral resources.

  ■ The workshop strictly implements quality standards, and all personnel are professionally trained before taking up their posts to ensure product quality.
