Fettling Shop
■ Put into use in 2017, covering an area of 900 square meters. Equipment includes 6 special cutting machines, 1 CNC automatic cutting machine, 3 shot blasting machines, 1 polishing production line, and other related mechanical equipment.
■ Can perform cutting, grinding, welding, polishing and other fixed-size processing on various high-temperature superalloy materials.
■ The workshop has a team of more than 20 skilled technicians with rich experience and superb skills. The employees have a high sense of responsibility, high morale, and solid work style.
■ Can produce and process 4000 tons of superalloy alloy bars annually. The quality of the processed products has been affirmed by our strategic partners.
■ The workshop adheres to the production philosophy of "Building a Great Wall of Quality, Promoting the Aerospace Industry" and implements standardized management and an aviation product quality management system.
