■ Equipment includes one 3-ton vacuum induction furnace, one 1.5-ton vacuum induction melting furnace, one 200Kg vacuum induction furnace, and one 25Kg vacuum induction furnace. ■ Annual production capacity reaches 4000 tons. It can produce alloy materials such as Ni-based Superalloy, Corrosion-Resistant Alloys, and Precision Alloys, and can also perform remelting of return materials and powders. ■ The 3-ton vacuum induction furnace has a single-ingot casting function, which can reduce refractory material contamination, achieve multi-ingot casting and multi-group precision mold shell casting, and meet customer requirements for bar specifications. Main equipment includes 4 scribing machines, 5 sandblasting machines, and 20 fine polishing stations, capable of fine polishing, polishing, sandblasting, scribing and other processing. Annually delivers over 100,000 qualified products to strategic partner Beijing Aeronautical Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd., strictly following operational specifications for sorting, polishing, scribing, polishing, sandblasting, etc., ensuring a high product qualification rate. Secondary Superalloy Revert Workshop
■ 2000 m2 and approduction line for the remleting of 2000 tons of superalloy scrap per year. It went into production at the end of July 2019 and plans to increase capacity to meet customer demand. ■ The company has partnered with its strategic partner, Beijing Baimu Alloy Co., Ltd., to produce remelted high-temperature alloy ingots that meet the required composition and performance standards, based on specific processes and combined with the company's vacuum melting technology. ■ Using self-developed new equipment, which has obtained a national patent, it has achieved fully automated and integrated production from sorting, grading, crushing, cleaning, drying, and briquetting. ■ High-temperature alloy regeneration technology achieves the remelting of scrap to meet technical requirements through processes such as recovery, classification, and processing. ■ The high-temperature alloy workshop is committed to formulating reuse technology standards for strategic metals such as high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys, reducing environmental pollution, and contributing to national conservation of rare mineral resources. ■ The workshop strictly implements quality standards, and all personnel are professionally trained before taking up their posts to ensure product quality.
■ This pickling process is suitable for heavy reduction and thickening. ■ Deep acid tank temperature 0-40°C, deionized water temperature 80-100°C. ■ Hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and water must be mixed according to the process requirements. ■ Operators must pass the pickling process training and assessment before they can work. ■ The waste acid and wastewater generated by this pickling process are stored separately and regularly recycled by qualified units.
